A quote is held for 48 hours. Accepting it writes a reservation on the Aurelian ledger using the commercial snapshot from that quote — nightly rate, taxes, deposit, and balance due date. Later rate or FX changes do not rewrite that stay.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the stay. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Refunds follow recorded payments on this reservation — Aurelian will not invent a refund.
Payment-pending and hold statuses occupy the house. A second request for the same dates returns not available. Cancelled stays do not continue to block inventory.
Until M-Pesa or another provider is connected, a deposit is requested, not charged through this website. Staff record verified payments against the reservation. Aurelian will not invent a successful charge.
