Aurelian Hospitality Group is a boutique hospitality advisory, asset management, operations, and technology-enabled company. We work with luxury villas, private residences, boutique hotels, lodges, safari camps, and small resorts across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, and Ethiopia.

High-net-worth travelers want a stay that feels personal and unhurried. Owners want peak utilization, disciplined operations, and yield that does not cheapen the house. Advisors want inventory they can actually hold. Aurelian is built to hold all three in one system: discovery, inventory, CRM, booking, journeys, operations, owner reporting, and a native AI workforce that recommends but does not silently rewrite the record.

We are not a listing site. Houses enter the collection through representation, management, or strategic partnership, then become canonical inventory — the same record a traveler sees, a travel advisor books, a host operates from, and an owner reads at month-end.

The destination architecture is East African from the first table: country, region, destination, property, unit, inventory. Ethiopia is already on the map; houses there are unpublished until we can host them. That is a feature, not a gap.
